Asos - is an e-commerce platform that caters to mostly clothing items for customers across the European graphical location.
Amazon - is a multi-purpose e-commerce that sells a range of products from clothing, food, electronics etc. across the world.
the first thing i want to compare are the structures of these e-commerce platforms, my looking the head, body and footer of their websites.

From a mere observation, i can see quite a lot of similarities and differences between the header structure of these platforms.
Similarities: Search Bar (Located in the middle of the Header), Login feature (Located on right hand), Cart (Right hand), Logo (left hand), Promotion Banner underneath search bar.
Differences: Categgories based on gender, User location identifier, placement of promotion banners,
Body.
Footer.
